1. Acceptance

2. Products and pricing

We sell solar and related products for customers in Nigeria. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless we state otherwise. We may update prices, stock, or product details at any time. An order is only confirmed after we accept it and payment is successfully completed.

3. Orders and payment

You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, and other Paystack methods) and USDT where offered at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if payment fails, looks fraudulent, or stock is unavailable. You are responsible for any bank or network fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Delivery (Nigeria)

We deliver within Nigeria to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to location, courier capacity, weather, or security checks. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the stated address or upon signed receipt by you or your nominated receiver.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or appear abusive.

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business interruption) arising from your use of the site or products, except where Nigerian law does not allow us to limit liability (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled under Nigerian courts or other dispute processes allowed by Nigerian law, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
